Saab 96 Monte Carlo 850 - a shout for help ?

A couple of photos came today from the reader Bernard. These are taken somewhere near or in Brussels, but it's originally from the Czech Republic. The history is unknown for me. But it has racing cage inside and the Rh factor sign, so it was used for racing. Now it is standing somewhere in the backyard and rosting.

I don't know if it's for sale. But it's definitely a project worth. It's such a pity.

I've tried to search a bit as these were really not many in CZ. It's definitely not Zdenek Treybals (covered here) but the RacingSportsCars site had two, which could be it, namely this or this. Maybe someone knows ...

The Saab 96 850 Monte Carlo was built between 1966 and 1967. An homage to Erik Carlsson and Pat Moss.

update : it seems to be a car with a real racing history :

Back in 2009 this Saab was reported here on SaabsUnited as a racing car of Kamila Stara, a young lady which finished second in class in FIA Historic Hill Climing series. Here is the Saab in better years :

Indeed it seems to be the same Saab. It appears also in the Euromontagna archives as well as on a Kamila Stara postcard. Also it appears another driver, Petr Tykal used the Saab in races. And now where it ended ...:(
